Support > Alms-Giving Ceremonies Occasionally, people get together to organise
a communal Alms-Giving Ceremony. It is a way both of offering support
and of cultivating companionship. Traditionally there is one
Alms-Giving Ceremony (called the Kathina) in the autumn of each year,
but these can also be arranged at other times. |
